Do you think skirts are trashy?
To be honest, for most skirts, I do. Especially denim ones.
If they're really fashionable skirts, like this:

Then it's just cute. But if they're just your average mini skirt, I think they aren't that cute.
It depends on how short they are and what the girl is wearing it with. With tights or leggings under during fall with a cute blouse or t shirt it can be quite cute. With a low cut top and hooker heels of course it's trashy. That girls outfit is very cute.
